I’m Terence Longworth, Founder of Construction Safety Partner. I’m a hands-on health and safety professional with extensive experience across construction, civil engineering, demolition, and the automotive sector.

Over the past two years, I’ve managed health and safety on projects ranging from £5 million to £35 million in value. My background includes deep and shallow drainage, earthworks, tunnelling and shaft sinking, multi-storey demolition, brownfield sites with asbestos, and complex mechanical and electrical installations — including the commissioning of new automotive production lines.

Alongside site-based leadership, I specialise in policy and procedure development, reviewing and implementing key health, safety, and quality documentation to enable works to proceed safely and compliantly. I hold recognised qualifications in Occupational Health, Safety and Quality.
